For over 15 years, I have been able to do this through coordinating leadership retreats and presenting creative programs.  From the large to the smallest details, all are carefully thought out and coordinated.  And I would love to do the same for you!

We all have different gifts and talents that are to be shared and given unto others.  Attention to detail, highly organized, able to communicate effectively, professional mannerism, positive and encouraging attitude are among some of the things I give unto you, as well as sprinkles of creativity, as we work together to make your event extraordinary.

To help make your vision a reality, as your event coordinator I will, but not limited to:

  • Discuss and identify your requirements and expectations for your event and choice of venue.
  • Establish and maintain communication and relationships with vendors and venues, as needed, during the event planning process and throughout the event.
  • Coordinate event details and aspects to ensure everything is up to your expectations.
  • Address potential problems that may arise.
  • Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to your standards.
  • Coordinate all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
  • Assess the event’s overall success and review my findings.
